Location: Kochi
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000/month
Based on your performance, you will be offered a full-time role as an HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews)
* Communicate with candidates professionally
* Coordinate with hiring managers
* Support onboarding & HR operations
* Maintain HR records and databases
* Assist in employee engagement activities
Requirement
- Graduates / Final-year students (HR / Business Administration)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Positive coordination & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR
