Job Description

We are looking for confident and motivated candidates to join our team as an International Business Development Executive.

This role offers an opportunity to work with international clients and gain practical experience in B2B communication, business development, client relationship management, and international markets.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with international clients through calls and emails
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Identify recent business opportunities through market research
- Prepare professional emails and follow-ups
- Maintain client records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Requirements





- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Confidence in communicating with international clients
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Candidates from any educational background can apply

Working Hours

- Total working hours: 9 hours per day
- Monday to Friday: 5 hours from office + 4 hours from home
- Work-from-home hours: 4 hours after 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 4.5 hours
- Sunday: Fixed weekly off
