Fotokraft Studio is a leading maternity, newborn, baby, and family photography studio dedicated to creating timeless memories for families. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to convert inquiries into bookings and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Telesales professionals typically handle lead conversion, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact leads generated through social media, website, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain photography packages, offers, and studio services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Schedule appointments and consultations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable package recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client handover.




- Generate repeat business through follow-ups and relationship building.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Experience in photography, events, luxury services, or baby-related industries is an advantage.

Salary & Perks

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
