Key Responsibilities

- Search, shortlist and bid on relevant IT/digital-services projects daily on Upwork, Fiverr and similar platforms
- Write customized, high-converting proposals for each chance
- Manage and optimize both agency and individual freelance profiles (portfolio, gigs, keywords, rate cards)
- Handle first-touch client communication and qualify requirements before handoff to delivery/BD
- Track connects spent, win rate and ROI; continuously refine bidding strategy
- Protect and grow Job Success Score / ratings across all managed profiles

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of proven bidding experience on Upwork and Fiverr in the IT/software/digital-services category
- Experience managing both agency and individual freelancer profiles
- Strong proposal-writing and English communication skills
- Working understanding of IT/software/digital-marketing service offerings

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Existing high Job Success Score / top-rated badge on a personal profile
- Experience with connects-optimisation strategy and client psychology on bidding platforms

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
