Job Summary

We are hiring a Telesales Executive with experience in IT Sales, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Telecom, or Inside Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, client acquisition, follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales.

Experience selling WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, or Voice/IVR solutions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and manage leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Sell WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing and Voice/IVR solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections, negotiations and pricing discussions.
- Convert leads into customers and maintain client relationships.
- Identify upselling and repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM.
- Track calls, follow-ups and sales conversions.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales.
- Experience with at least 2 of these: WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, Voice/IVR.




- Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent English/Hindi communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel.
- Candidates with an existing client network/database are preferred.
- Candidates from IT, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Telecom or similar industries are preferred.

Education: Graduation preferred. Candidates without a degree may also be considered if they have solid communication skills and relevant experience.

- Face-to-Face Interview in Ahmedabad

Important: Candidates must be able to attend the second-round F2F interview in Ahmedabad. Candidates who cannot attend the F2F round will not be considered.
