- Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to increase room revenue, banquet revenue, restaurant/F&B; revenue, and other hotel income.
- Corporate Sales: Build relationships with companies, travel agencies, MICE organizers, event planners, and other business partners.
- Business Development: Identify current markets, corporate accounts, group business, conferences, weddings, and events.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Target Achievement: Set monthly/annual sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- Key Account Management: Maintain relationships with important clients and negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and packages.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, room rates, demand, and customer preferences.
- Marketing Coordination: Work closely with marketing, revenue management, reservations, front office,



and F&B; teams to maximize business.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, travel companies, event organizers, and other partners.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and presentations for senior management/ownership.
- Guest & Client Relations: Handle major accounts and resolve important client issues to protect long-term business relationships.
- Events & MICE: Generate business for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and social functions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
