Job Responsibilities

- Operate and handle ice cream production equipment.
- Prepare and process ice cream as per standard recipes and quality requirements.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
- Measure ingredients accurately and follow production procedures.
- Monitor temperature, mixing, freezing and storage processes.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture and quality of the finished product.
- Properly pack, label and store finished products.
- Maintain basic production records and stock usage.
- Identify and report equipment or production issues.
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.

✅ Requirements





- Previous experience in ice cream, dairy, bakery, food production or a similar field preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery safely.
- Basic understanding of measurements and production procedures.
- Valuable hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: As per Industry standard
