Bubble Me, a fast-growing and exciting D2C startup, is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our team and help us keep our financial operations smooth, organised, and on track!
Position: Accounts Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Software Expertise:

- Razorpay
- Zoho Books
- MS Excel / Google Sheets

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Handle entries and reconciliations through Zoho Books.
- Manage and monitor payment transactions through Razorpay.
- Perform bank, payment gateway, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, purchase records, expense reports, and payment details.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payments and financial documentation.
- Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and other statutory compliance requirements.




- Track receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the Accounts Manager/Management with reports and financial data whenever required.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
✔ Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Razorpay
✔ Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced startup environment

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any relevant qualification
