*Key Responsibilities*

- * *Daily Store Operations:* Handle material receipt, storage, dispatch, and overall shop-floor store management.
- * *Inventory Control:* Maintain accurate stock levels, record transactions, and assist with routine stock verifications.
- * *Cross-Department Sync:* Coordinate with Production and Purchase teams for material availability and production consumables.
- * *Vendor & Subcontracting:* Follow up with vendors and generate Subcontract Challans for outsourced processes.
- * *Billing & Documentation:* Prepare Sales Invoices, process production Work Orders, and follow safety protocols.

*Requirements & Skills*





- * *Education:* Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate degree.
- * *Core Skills:* Experience in store/inventory control, Sales Invoices, Subcontract Challans, and Work Orders.
- * *Tools & Soft Skills:* Basic Excel / ERP proficiency, material planning skills, and strong vendor communication.
