Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and provide excellent support to users of our blockchain and cryptocurrency exchange platform. The candidate will handle customer queries, follow-ups, account-related concerns, and CRM activities while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, email, chat, and support channels.
- Assist users with account registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
- Understand and resolve customer concerns related to the crypto exchange platform.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions, complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Compliance, KYC, Technical, and Operations teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate technical, transaction, or compliance-related issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build strong long-term customer relationships.




- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and track customer-related activities.
- Educate customers on platform features and basic cryptocurrency-related processes.
- Follow company policies, KYC/AML procedures, data privacy requirements, and security guidelines.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive customer relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of Blockchain & Cryptocurrency
- Interest in Crypto Exchange / FinTech
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software
- Good MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Willingness to learn new blockchain and crypto technologies

Qualification

- Any Graduate
- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in Blockchain/Crypto can apply.
- Previous experience in CRM, Customer Support, Telecalling, FinTech, or Crypto Exchange will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,096.71 - ₹20,760.38 per month
