About the Role

Tech Mahindra is hiring for International Inbound Customer Support for one of our global clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across US regions, handling queries, concerns, and providing resolution with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers regarding products, services, billing, and technical queries

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within TAT while maintaining CSAT and quality scores

- Document all interactions in CRM and follow SOPs/processes

- Identify customer needs and upsell/cross-sell when applicable

- Escalate complex issues to the next level with proper notes

- Meet individual and team KPIs: AHT, CSAT, Quality, Adherence

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year experience in International Inbound Voice/Non-Voice Customer Support

- Excellent spoken and written English communication with neutral accent

- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed

- Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Graduate / 12th Pass + Diploma with strong communication skills

- Customer-first attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset

Shift & Work Details

- Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Weekoff

- Shift: Rotational shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night as per business requirement

- Location: On-site at Hyderabad, Telangana

- Weekoff: Rotational, based on business roster
