- Operate CNC pipe cutting machines for accurate cutting of metal pipes as per production drawings and specifications.
- Set machine parameters, cutting dimensions, and programs as required.
- Load and unload pipes safely and ensure proper machine setup.
- Check cutting accuracy, dimensions, and quality of finished components.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and tool changes.
- Identify and report machine faults, cutting defects, and quality issues.
- Maintain production targets and minimize material wastage.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace standards.
- Maintain production records and coordinate with the Production and Quality teams.
