About the Role

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Production Engineers (Shift Incharge) to join our manufacturing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in the Die Casting and Automotive Manufacturing Industry.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to production operations, shop-floor management, machine utilization, quality systems, and manufacturing processes while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily production activities during the assigned shift.
- Support the team in achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor machine performance and assist in improving production efficiency.
- Coordinate with production operators and support manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Planning departments for smooth production.
- Identify production issues and report them to senior engineers.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily MIS documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce process losses.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.





Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or die casting processes will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of production operations and shop-floor activities.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Local candidates are preferred.
