Rahi Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient dialysis treatment to patients while maintaining proper machine operation, infection control, and patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines and equipment before, during, and after treatment.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition throughout the dialysis procedure.
- Follow doctors’ and nephrologists’ instructions regarding dialysis treatment.
- Prepare dialysis equipment, dialyzers, bloodlines, and required supplies.
- Maintain strict infection-control and hygiene standards.
- Identify and respond appropriately to complications during dialysis.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis equipment.




- Follow hospital/clinic safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Provide basic patient support and explain dialysis procedures when required.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.

Eligibility

- Diploma/Certificate in Dialysis Technology / Dialysis Technician from a recognized institution.
- 2–12 years of relevant experience in a dialysis unit, hospital, or healthcare facility.
- Good knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and infection-control practices.
- Ability to work responsibly in a clinical environment.
- Positive communication and patient-handling skills.

Salary

12,000 – 24,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Joining: Immediate / As per availability

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
