Job Description – Sales & Customer Support Executive

Location: Hyderabad (HYD)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Food / FMCG – Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage sales activities, customer queries, order coordination, and after-sales support. Candidates with experience in the Food/FMCG industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Follow up on payments, deliveries, and pending orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Production, and other internal teams.
- Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.





Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Business Coordination.
- Experience in the Food/FMCG industry is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive verbal and written communication in English and preferably Telugu/Hindi.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
