About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Operations Manager in Chennai to drive revenue through our Tele Sales team while optimizing daily operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Tele Sales executives to meet daily/monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor calls, conversion rates, and sales pipelines; conduct regular performance reviews.
- Train sales reps on pitch delivery, objection handling, closing, and follow-ups.
- Manage day-to-day business operations, streamline workflows, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Track team KPIs and generate weekly performance reports for leadership.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years managing team.
- Robust background in team leadership, sales coaching, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Proficient with CRMs, MS Excel, and tracking sales/operational metrics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
