We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end accounting operations for both Indian and Canadian business entities. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in accounting principles, reconciliations, taxation, financial reporting, and international accounting standards.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Sage, and advanced accounting workflows, with the ability to independently manage financial operations in a skilled and organized manner.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

- Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping operations
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation
- Prepare and post journal entries, adjustment entries, and accruals
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts
- Ensure accuracy of day-to-day accounting transactions

Reconciliation & Reporting

- Perform:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Customer Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Generate:
- Profit & Loss Statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Reports
- MIS & Management Reports
- Analyze financial data and provide business insights to management

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle:
- HST Filing
- GST Filing
- Corporate Tax Basics
- TDS & statutory compliance
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and consultants when required

International Accounting Exposure

- Strong understanding of:
- Indian Accounting Practices
- Canadian Accounting Processes
- Basic IFRS Standards
- Experience working with international accounting structures and reporting standards will be preferred

Required Technical SkillsAccounting Software Expertise





Candidates must have strong working knowledge of:

- QuickBooks
- Sage Accounting Software
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred)

Candidate RequirementsEducation

- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
- Or equivalent qualification

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of professional accounting experience
- Prior experience in handling both Indian & Canadian accounting preferred
