We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will primarily handle UAE and GCC visa applications, provide professional guidance to clients, verify documentation, and ensure the smooth processing of visa applications.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of UAE and GCC visa procedures, excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries related to UAE and GCC visas.
- Advise clients on suitable visa options, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
- Prepare, verify, and process visa applications accurately.
- Check client documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant partners for document collection and application processing.
- Track visa applications and provide regular updates to clients.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman visa requirements and procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve visa-related issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and client information.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, payments, and application status.




- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the visa processing journey.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in visa consultancy, travel agency, immigration services, or a related field preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of UAE and GCC visa processing.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable understanding of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- English and Malayalam proficiency required.
- Hindi or Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a target-oriented and sales/customer-service mindset are preferred.
