Role Summary
We're hiring Academic Counsellors to connect with warm leads, guide them through their decision-making journey, and drive conversions through consultative selling. Great opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100–120 warm calls/day (not cold calls)
- Handle 5 in-depth prospect calls daily (20–25 mins each)
- Qualify leads from provided data and digital sources
- Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers
- Follow up via calls, email, and WhatsApp to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience
- Work toward monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset; freshers welcome
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-based work




- Basic computer/CRM proficiency (training provided)

Incentives: Uncapped, performance-based
Monthly Target: ₹6–20 Lakhs
Salary Cycle: 26th–25th | Pay out: 3rd/4th of following month

Work Schedule
Days: 5 days/week Location: Indore (candidates must be able to work on-site)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
