- Recruitment: Post job openings on platforms , screen resumes, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Onboarding: Assist with current-hire paperwork, collect required documentation, and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Records Management: Update internal databases and maintain accurate employee files while keeping information confidential.
- Employee Engagement: Help plan company events, team meetings, and internal communications.
- Administration: Respond to basic policy inquiries, track attendance, and draft HR reports
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
