JOB DESCRIPTION – WELLNESS COORDINATOR

Position: Wellness Coordinator
Location: Belvaa Senior Care, Whitefield, Bangalore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily wellness activities for residents.
- Organize recreational, social and engagement activities.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities based on their interests and abilities.
- Coordinate with nursing, physiotherapy, housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain daily wellness activity records and resident participation reports.
- Plan celebrations, birthdays, festivals and special events.
- Interact regularly with residents and understand their preferences and concerns.
- Support residents in maintaining an active and positive routine.
- Coordinate games, music, arts & crafts, exercises and group activities.
- Maintain a safe,



clean and welcoming activity environment.
- Communicate resident feedback and concerns to the concerned HOD.
- Assist in improving resident engagement and overall experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient and empathetic attitude towards senior citizens.
- Ability to organize and manage activities independently.
- Creative and energetic approach to resident engagement.
- Previous experience in senior care, hospitality, recreation, wellness or similar roles will be an advantage.
