The Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, introducing RareFrame, building relationships and creating qualified opportunities for the studio.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get direct exposure to sales, advertising, creative production and the rapidly evolving AI industry.

You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape and improve RareFrame’s outreach process as we grow.

What You’ll Do

- Research and identify brands, agencies and businesses that could benefit from RareFrame’s services.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Connect with relevant decision-makers and introduce RareFrame.
- Communicate our services clearly and confidently.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Qualify potential opportunities and schedule meetings with the founder.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information.




- Contribute ideas to improve our sales and outreach process.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, curious, ambitious and comfortable talking to people.

You should have:

- Strong spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence when speaking with current people
- A willingness to make cold calls and handle rejection
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Genuine interest in advertising, filmmaking, AI, social media or creative businesses

Previous sales or business development experience is not required. What matters most is your ability to communicate, learn quickly and take initiative.

Compensation- Base pay + perfomance based incentives

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
