- Carry out daily inspection of building services and common areas.
- Attend electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance complaints.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Monitor DG, water pumps, STP, lighting, and utility equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance works.
- Identify and report defects, leakages, and safety hazards.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and checklist reports.
- Ensure proper functioning of washrooms, lighting, and common facilities.
- Support emergency breakdowns and urgent repair activities.
- Follow safety procedures and comply with building maintenance standards.
