Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accurately apply customer payments to their respective accounts using Tally
- Reconcile cash application discrepancies and resolve payment issues
- Maintain and update records of payments received and post them in the accounting system
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable and sales teams to resolve payment-related queries
- Monitor and report on cash flow and outstanding payments
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash application
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Shift Timings: 9am-6pm

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Tally, SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to handle large volumes of transactions efficiently
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of banking processes and electronic payment systems
- Time management and organizational skills

Soft Skills:

- Proven experience in cash applications or accounts receivable
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes




- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
