Company: Kosmetica Research Labs

Position: R&D; Manager – Cosmetic Product Development

Location: New Gurgaon

CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Experience: 4–6 Years in Cosmetic / Personal Care R&D;

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop & optimise skincare, haircare & personal-care formulations

* Handle formulation trials, troubleshooting & stability testing

* Manage day-to-day R&D; laboratory activities

* Lead and guide R&D; team members

* Coordinate with Production, QC/QA & clients

* Maintain formulation records, trial reports & technical documentation

* Support scale-up and transfer of formulations from lab to production

Candidate Requirements:

Degree/Master’s in Cosmetic Science / Cosmetic Technology





4–6 years of hands-on Cosmetic R&D;/Formulation experience

Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, actives, emulsions, surfactants & preservatives

Experience in formulation troubleshooting & stability studies

Valuable communication, analytical & team-management skills

Experience in innovative skincare & haircare product development preferred
