Responsibilities:

Build a Roadmap for Capital Market products focusing on all financial services-related

products and define the initiatives while discussing with key stakeholders.

- Prioritize developments and evaluate basic proper product management prioritization

frameworks including various API integrations.

- Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA, and engineers to collaborate on the

organization's vision for the product.

- Collaborate on various audits including but not limited to SEBI, RBI, Internal Audits,

etc.

- Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication with

engineers.

- Ensuring no conflict of interest as this role also has indirect reporting of Engineers.
- Keep a close eye on competitors and define the product roadmap, improvements, and

initiatives accordingly with teams.

- Closely work with the Sales and partnership teams to understand the client requirements





and explore possible synergies.

- Drive the GTM strategy for new releases in conjunction with sales and marketing.
- Drive all aspects of product be it Product Designing, Product innovation, product

Launch, Product branding.

Experience:

- Overall 8 to 10+ years of experience in Product owner roles in the Capital market

domain

- 6+ years as Manager/ AVP in the Product domain
- Team management experience of at least 5 years
- Should have a decent understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for

Capital Market Product

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
