Dev Lead – .NET

Key Responsibilities

- Lead parallel backend modernization streams using C#, .NET 8+.
- Develop applications using ASP.NET Core and Minimal APIs.
- Work with NativeAOT.
- Develop data-access solutions using EF Core.
- Work with Dapper/Dapper.AOT.
- Design and implement OpenAPI/Swagger and REST APIs.
- Convert legacy applications into clean domain/service/repository-based architectures.
- Conduct detailed code reviews.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Perform performance tuning.
- Implement and promote secure coding practices.
- Support modernization of enterprise and industrial applications.

Required Skills

- Strong C# experience.
- Solid .NET 8+ experience.
- Hands-on ASP.NET Core experience.
- Strong Minimal APIs experience.
- Experience with NativeAOT.
- Strong EF Core experience.
- Experience with Dapper/Dapper.AOT.




- Strong knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Strong REST API development experience.
- Experience converting legacy applications into domain/service/repository architectures.
- Strong code-review experience.
- Technical leadership and guidance experience.
- Performance tuning experience.
- Secure coding experience.
