ITQAN HR & BUSINESS SUPPORT is assisting an emerging Solar Energy Solutions organisation in Trichy to identify a suitable professional for the following position:

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

- Location: Trichy & nearby field locations
- Sector: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Qualification: Any UG Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Computer knowledge: Required

Key Responsibilities

- Site inspection
- Erection & commissioning coordination
- Project-related field activities
- Coordination and reporting to the Project Head
- Further responsibilities will be explained during the interview/selection process.

✅ Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience
✔ Any UG Degree
✔ Good computer knowledge
✔ 2-wheeler mandatory
✔ Smartphone mandatory
✔ Residence in Trichy or within approximately 50 km
✔ Comfortable with field visits
✔ Willing to work according to project/site requirements

- Office Timing:



9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Field visit and closing time may vary depending on site requirements.

- Petrol Allowance: ₹2/km

- If reporting starts at 7:00 AM for a field assignment, breakfast & lunch will be provided by the company.

CAREER PROGRESSION

Initial offer letter → Performance evaluation → Appointment letter within the applicable period → Salary revision → Annual salary hikes as per company policy.
