We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to connect with prospective students, handle enquiries, generate interest in our courses, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process clearly.
- Understand students’ requirements and provide suitable course information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, and admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth conversions.

Requirements:





- 6 months–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, sales, education counselling, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
