ECAT Group is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Marketing & School/College Outreach Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for school and college visits, fixing meetings, calling, follow-ups, building institutional relationships, and promoting ECAT Group's educational programs and initiatives.

This role requires regular field visits and strong communication skills, along with the ability to maintain professional relationships with schools, colleges, coordinators, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and colleges regularly for outreach and marketing activities.
- Identify potential schools/colleges and establish professional connections.
- Make calls to schools, colleges, institutions, and prospective partners.
- Fix appointments and meetings with relevant authorities.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal visits.
- Present ECAT Group's courses, educational programs, and initiatives professionally.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional contacts.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and maintain good team bonding and communication.
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, visits, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for documentation, data management, and other required support.
- Achieve assigned outreach and marketing targets.
- Provide regular updates and field reports to the Team Leader/management.

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in marketing, education sales, school/college outreach, business development, or field work will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel for field visits may also apply.

Significant Requirement

Pay: ₹9,974.47 - ₹20,000.00 per month
