Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling – Assess academic profile, budget, and career goals

2. Career & Course Guidance – Suggest suitable countries, courses, and universities

3. Application Support – Guide students on SOPs, LORs, and university applications

4. Lead Handling & Conversion – Connect with students via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person to convert inquiries

5.



Visa Guidance – Support students through the complete visa process

6. Documentation – Verify passports, financial proof, academics; assist with application filing

7. Follow-ups & Relationship Management – Track deadlines and maintain strong student relationships

8. Team Coordination – Work with admissions team, visa team, and universities for smooth processing

Skills Required

- Excellent communication: English + local language(Tamil)

- Strong convincing & sales skills

- For Senior Roles: Leadership, team handling, target management

Eligibility & Benefits

- Education: any degree preferred

- Experience: Freshers welcome for Student Counsellor, experienced in relevant fields are welcomed

- Benefits: having incentives other than fixed salary (Performance based)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
