Job Title: South Indian Chef

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Chef to prepare authentic South Indian dishes, traditional Sadhya meals, breakfast items, and a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. The ideal candidate should have expertise in menu planning, food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering high-quality meals consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Appam, Puttu, Poori, Upma, Pongal, and related dishes.
- Prepare traditional Kerala Sadhya and festival meals.
- Cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per menu requirements.
- Plan daily menus and ensure timely preparation of meals.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with management regarding inventory and purchase requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost efficiency.




- Support special events, catering orders, and bulk meal preparations when required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years or less experience as a South Indian Chef.
- Expertise in Kerala cuisine, Sadhya preparation, and South Indian breakfast items.
- Ability to prepare meals for individuals as well as large groups.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and dedication to quality.
- Immediate joining availability is preferred.
