Established Public Limited Company requires Facility Manager at Guindy, Chennai for I.T Park. Qualified Postgraduates with min 10-12 years’ experience to oversee operations and maintenance of Infrastructure. The ideal candidate shall have strong technical knowledge in HT Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering along with hands-on experience in managing facility operations, Vendor, Govt Agencies, CEIG, etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility operations in multi-story I.T.Parks.
- Oversee HT electrical systems, Mechanical works, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety systems, DG Sets and general infrastructure.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are planned and implemented.
- Coordinate with Consultants, Vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor building compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
- Handle tenant requirements, complaints, and service requests.
- Manage budgets, cost control,



and facility-related procurement.
- Supervise Housekeeping, security, and technical teams.
- Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance logs, and audits.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in facility management, preferably
- Excellent Communication skills in English & Tamil
- Familiar with systems such as MS Office, Facility Management software, Build Management Software etc
- Familiar in Fixing Agenda, conducting Meetings & recording proceedings etc.

Salary: Around Rs 50,000+ , commensurate rate with relevant experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
