ABOUT THE ROLE

Pervador IT is looking for a highly responsible and technically capable Technical Product & Project Manager to take ownership of day-to-day product and engineering execution.

This is not simply a meeting coordination or status-reporting position.

The successful candidate should be able to understand business objectives, analyze the product and user behavior, translate requirements into actionable engineering work, prioritize the team, coordinate QA and releases, and report meaningful outcomes to leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and continuously maintain the product and engineering backlog
- Translate business objectives into product requirements, epics and development tickets
- Write clear engineering tickets with requirements, business impact, acceptance criteria, priorities, dependencies and testing requirements
- Manage the workflow from Backlog → Development → Code Review → Staging → QA → Release → Production Verification
- Coordinate MERN developers, UI/UX, QA and other technical resources
- Manage sprint planning and development priorities
- Coordinate QA, release verification and production releases
- Manage bugs and incidents using P0–P3 severity levels
- Analyze product funnels and identify conversion opportunities
- Understand payment, wallet, authentication, webhook/callback and game-provider issues
- Maintain 30-day and 90-day product roadmaps
- Proactively identify product, technical and operational improvements
- Use AI tools for requirements, documentation, ticket creation, research, analytics and reporting
- Provide concise progress, product, quality and business-impact reporting to leadership
- Escalate significant business decisions and critical incidents appropriately

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE





Candidates should have experience with several of the following:

- Technical Product Management
- Software Project Management
- SaaS or web applications
- Agile development
- Jira, Linear, ClickUp or similar tools
- REST APIs
- Payment integrations
- Authentication systems
- Database-driven applications
- QA and testing processes
- Product analytics
- Git/GitHub workflows
- Staging and production release processes

Experience with Gaming, Sweepstakes, FinTech, Payments, Marketplaces or other transaction-heavy platforms is highly desirable.

TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING

You do not need to be the primary developer, but you should understand:

- Frontend vs. backend systems
- APIs and databases
- Authentication and sessions
- Webhooks and callbacks
- Payments and wallets
- Git/GitHub
- Deployments and production environments
- Logs and debugging
- Performance and security
- QA and automated testing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with an ownership mindset who can:

Understand the Objective → Research → Define Requirements → Create Tickets → Coordinate Development → QA → Release → Verify → Measure Results

You should be comfortable organizing technical work independently while maintaining explicit communication with leadership and escalating important business or critical technical decisions when appropriate.
