Job Summary

Shankesh Jewellers Limited is looking for an Accounts Receivable Follow-up Executive – CRM to manage customer payment follow-ups, outstanding receivables, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken, polite, confident, and have excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and receivables through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain customer-wise outstanding and payment follow-up records.
- Monitor payment commitments and ensure timely collection.
- Update customer interactions, payment status, and follow-up remarks in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams regarding invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding balances and invoices professionally.
- Escalate delayed or disputed payments to the reporting manager.
- Prepare regular outstanding and collection follow-up reports.




- Maintain good customer relationships while ensuring timely payment collection.

Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or a relevant discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collection Follow-up, CRM, Customer Relationship Management, or Tele-calling.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable, invoices, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft-spoken, polite, and qualified personality.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in the Jewellery/Retail industry will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: +91-XXXXXXXXXX per month, depending on experience and suitability.
