Supply & Logistics Executive (Commercial) Location: Vin Nagar, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Reports to: Logistics Manager / Plant Head Job Summary We are seeking a Supply & Logistics Executive to manage outbound domestic and export dispatch of solid tyres, and coordination with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate domestic dispatches to customers across domestic and international markets. • Manage export shipment logistics — booking with freight forwarders/shipping lines, container/pallet planning, and coordination with CHA for customs clearance • Prepare and verify shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and Incoterms-based costing • Optimize freight costs by negotiating with transporters and forwarders for both domestic and export shipments • Maintain dispatch schedules aligned with production planning and customer delivery commitments • Coordinate with warehouse/stores for stock availability, packing,



and dispatch readiness • Track order status end-to-end and resolve delays or discrepancies in coordination with sales and production teams • Maintain logistics MIS — freight cost tracking, on-time delivery reports, and shipment status trackers • Ensure compliance with export regulations, GST e-way bills, and other statutory transport documentation Requirements • Any Bachelor's degree; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade preferred • 0-2 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented company • Working knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and domestic transport processes • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/logistics tracking systems • Strong coordination and negotiation skills with transporters, forwarders, and CHAs • Positive communication skills in Tamil, English,Hindi is a plus. *Based on performance and skill assessment, the role will be assigned after a 1–3 month evaluation period.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
