Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and RBAC.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user provisioning, and access management.
- Support Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect and hybrid identity environments.
- Troubleshoot complex identity and workplace-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
- Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect
- MFA, Conditional Access, SSO
- PowerShell (preferred)
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Administrator
- Identity & Access Administrator
- Azure Administrator
Work Model: Business Hours + On-Call Rotation
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
