We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Customer Operations Executive to manage customer communication, online sales, retail/wholesale orders and day-to-day sales coordination for Ode To Odd.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about fashion, women’s wear and customer interaction. This is not a conventional back-office customer service role.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other channels.
- Follow up with abandoned checkouts and potential customers and assist them with purchases.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product details, availability, sizing, delivery and orders.
- Maintain and consolidate orders received through exhibitions, stores and other sales channels.
- Coordinate with retail stores, share new collections, follow up on orders and manage ongoing communication.
- Prepare sales/order sheets based on confirmed store orders so that POs.
- Track stock placed across different stores and regularly update sales and stock movement.




- Monitor store-wise sales and stock levels and coordinate stock transfers/replenishment wherever required.
- Maintain a clear list of ready-to-ship orders and check product availability against incoming orders.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding orders that need to be fulfilled and communicate priorities clearly.
- Follow up internally with production, dispatch and accounts to ensure orders move smoothly from confirmation to delivery.

The ideal candidate should be:

- Extremely organised and detail-oriented.
- Good at communication and customer handling.
- Comfortable speaking to customers and retail stores professionally.
- Outstanding communication in English and should have interest in fashion.
- Strong with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management.
- Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, merchandising or sales operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
