We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented FMCG Sales Executive responsible for driving sales, developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and business customers.
- Visit the market regularly to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage distributor and retailer networks within the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Generate recent leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Maintain regular follow-ups for orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for timely order fulfilment.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in FMCG Sales / Distribution Sales / General Trade.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and retail network.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with existing distributor/retailer connections will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
