Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Rubber Industry

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems of rubber processing machines (mixers, extruders, mills, reclaim units etc.).
- Ensure proper alignment, wiring and functioning of motors, drives and control panels.
- Monitor and reduce power consumption by identifying wastage and improving efficiency.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in machine realignment projects and plant layout improvements.
- Prepare reports on breakdowns, energy usage, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

Key Requirements





- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial plants .
- Strong knowledge of motors, PLCs, drives, and industrial wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
