Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency Grapholic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting incoming WhatsApp leads into paying clients through effective communication and strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and respond to incoming WhatsApp leads promptly
- Convert leads into clients through persuasive communication
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing services
- Maintain a professional and friendly conversation tone
- Follow up with potential clients regularly
- Maintain lead records and update status
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)




- Solid confidence and convincing ability
- Experience in sales or lead conversion (preferred)
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (basic knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple chats and clients simultaneously
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in WhatsApp or chat-based sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems
- Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Ads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
