Logistics Executive – Export & Import

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics for international shipments.
- Handle EXIM documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHA and transporters.
- Prepare and verify Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, Certificate of Origin, and customs documents.
- Monitor EDPMS/BRC and ensure compliance with EXIM regulations.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and customs-related concerns.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and overseas clients for timely dispatch.

Requirements

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, B.Com, or related field.




- 6 Months–3 Years experience in Logistics, EXIM, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade.
- Good knowledge of Export-Import procedures, Incoterms, and Customs Clearance.
- Positive MS Excel and communication skills.
- Experience in Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Healthcare, CHA, or 3PL will be preferred.

Freshers with relevant EXIM internship experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
