Job Title: Dental Lab Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Dental Lab Manager to oversee daily lab operations, maintain strong relationships with dentists/clinics, drive business growth, and manage team performance and billing processes. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lab Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day dental lab workflow and case tracking
- Ensure timely delivery of cases with high quality standards
- Coordinate between technicians and front office

2. Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and clinics
- Handle client communication, feedback, and issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

3. Business Development

- Identify and onboard current clinics and doctors
- Expand lab services and increase case volume
- Develop strategies to grow revenue

4. People Management





- Supervise and manage lab technicians and staff
- Assign work and monitor productivity
- Train and guide team members to improve efficiency

5. Billing & Payment Handling

- Manage case billing, invoicing, and collections
- Track pending payments and follow up with clients
- Ensure accurate financial records and reporting

Requirements:

- Experience in management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of billing and payment tracking
- Leadership and team management ability
- Basic computer skills (Excel; ERP systems like Odoo preferred)

Experience:

- 2–5 years management role

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
