SAP Tester / Test Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Tester / Test Lead with a strong background in project delivery, particularly small- to medium-sized business enhancement projects.

The successful candidate will lead testing activities across strategic change initiatives and ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role involves test planning, test execution, stakeholder coordination, defect management, UAT support, and quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute test strategies, plans, and scenarios across project and programme deliveries.
- Lead end-to-end, integration, system integration, and functional testing activities.
- Plan and deliver SAT (System Acceptance Testing) and support UAT activities.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, business teams, developers, and other testing teams.
- Manage defect identification, triage, retesting, and resolution.
- Track and report testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics.
- Ensure test traceability and execution tracking using test management tools.
- Support API, interface, and third-party integration testing.
- Ensure effective communication of testing status, defects, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Work effectively within Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA — mandatory.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) — mandatory.
- Experience in test planning,



test execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in end-to-end, integration, and system integration testing across complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr for test management, execution tracking, reporting, and traceability.
- Strong experience in defect, risk, and issue management, including defect triage.
- Experience supporting UAT, particularly defect retesting through resolution.
- Experience in API, interface, and third-party integration testing.
- Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and business transformation programmes is highly desirable.
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent testing qualification is required.
- Copilot / GenAI experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills are essential.

Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in software testing / QA.
- Strong experience working as a Test Lead / SAP Test Lead / SAP Tester.
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
- Candidates must be immediate joiners.
