We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to manage client interactions, maintain solid relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, address queries, coordinate with internal departments, and support business growth through excellent service.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, feedback, and pending requirements
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly
- Provide information about company services and offers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

- Plus two , degree or any equivalent
- Minimum 1yr experience
