Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and experienced HR Generalist to manage and support the complete Human Resource function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll processing, attendance management, employee engagement, policy formulation, statutory compliance, performance management, and overall HR operations.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sound knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to handle end-to-end HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.

Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.





Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Address employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.

Organize employee engagement and retention activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR operations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems would be a plus

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
