Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of brazing machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as necessary to meet specifications and production goals.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of brazing equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of operators, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement and manage quality control processes to identify and resolve defects in production.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to develop and refine brazing techniques and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture within the team.

Pay: ₹14,374.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month
