Skulpted is a premium aesthetic and skin clinic in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. We are hiring a Sales Counselor who has already sold aesthetic treatments and knows how to turn an enquiry into a paying client.

The role has two halves. On the phone: calling fresh leads from our ads and social media, chasing the ones who went quiet, and getting them to book a consultation. In the clinic: sitting with the client, understanding the concern, recommending the right treatment or package, handling price objections and closing the sale.

If you have done treatment counselling at a skin, hair, aesthetic, dermatology, slimming or cosmetic clinic and you enjoy working to targets, you will do well here.

What you will do

- Call and follow up on all inbound leads (Meta and Google ads, Instagram, walk-in enquiries, referrals) and convert them into booked consultations
- Counsel walk-in and consulted clients on treatments, packages and pricing, and close the sale
- Handle objections around cost, results and timelines honestly and confidently
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments, and drive package renewals
- Follow up with pending and post-treatment clients to bring in repeat business
- Maintain lead records, follow-up status and daily and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with the doctors and therapists so the client's plan runs smoothly
- Meet monthly revenue targets

What we are looking for

- 1 to 4 years of sales or counselling experience specifically in an aesthetic, skin, hair, cosmetic, dermatology, slimming or wellness clinic.



This is essential - general counselling or non-clinic sales will not be a fit.
- Solid, confident spoken English along with fluent Hindi
- Genuinely comfortable on the phone and able to handle a high volume of calls every day
- Target-driven, persuasive and persistent with follow-ups
- Well-groomed, warm and presentable, because you are the first person the client trusts
- Working knowledge of skin and aesthetic treatments such as facials, peels, lasers, hydrafacial, hair reduction, injectables and body contouring
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and with CRM or lead-tracking tools
- Available to join immediately
