Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator with strong General Trade (GT) exposure and prior team-handling experience to manage sales coordination activities, sales team attendance and reporting, MIS and supervise the existing Sales Coordinator team. The role requires robust coordination, analytical, follow-up and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and supervise the existing Sales Coordinator team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of daily activities.

· Handle and coordinate with the General Trade (GT) sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations and timely reporting.

· Coordinate with the Sales Team and internal departments including Accounts, Logistics, Warehouse and HR.

· Manage and monitor sales team attendance, leave, late marks, absenteeism and attendance regularization.

· Monitor field activity and sales reporting, identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly Sales MIS and performance reports.

· Track sales orders, dispatches, returns, claims, collections and other sales-related activities.

· Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending sales coordination issues.

· Maintain accurate sales records, customer data and documentation.

· Support the General Trade sales operations, including coordination with distributors,



sales representatives and internal teams.

· Identify process gaps and support improvements in Sales Operations.

· Escalate critical issues and provide regular updates to Sales Management.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations, preferably within General Trade (GT), FMCG, Food or Consumer Products.

· Prior experience in handling/supervising a sales coordination or sales support team is mandatory/preferred.

· Hands-on experience in General Trade sales operations, distributor coordination and field sales support.

· Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.

· Excellent coordination, communication, follow-up and organizational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Experience in Food, FMCG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing or Distribution will be preferred.
