Role Overview

Responsible for overall showroom operations, sales performance, team management, and business growth while ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations, opening/closing, and lead management.

- Lead and monitor field & showroom executives.

- Conduct client meetings and business-development visits.

- Drive showroom and individual sales targets & KPIs.

- Train, guide, and motivate the showroom team.

- Manage customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

- Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.

- Prepare sales and financial reports.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales and business performance.

- Maintain regular communication and reporting with the Promoters/Management.





Software & Skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Experience with showroom software and SOPs.

- Knowledge of EVA, Window Maker & Zoho CRM preferred.

- Robust communication, negotiation, leadership, and sales skills.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years’ experience.

- Experience in premium aluminium windows, doors, or related building products preferred.

- Strong team-management and business-development skills.

- Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
